PRICE GUARANTEE

We strive to offer the best products at the BEST prices to our customers. In the unlikely event that within 30 days from the date of purchase, a customer finds the identical item(s) sold or advertised for less by any of our local competitors or by an online store, we’d gladly refund the difference. Floor samples, bonus offers, clearance items, going out of business sales, or free offers are not included in this price guarantee.

RETURN POLICY

All items, including furniture products, can be returned within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price. All merchandise returned or exchanged must be in new condition as received.

All furniture items are guaranteed for up to a year. If an item is structurally deficient, we would professionally repair or replace it (either with an identical or a similar item).

DELIVERY OR PICK UP

Delivery charge for a single large item or 2-3 smaller items within a radius of 30 miles from our store is $65. Please ask us for a delivery quote for multiple large items or if the delivery is beyond 30 miles.

Large furniture items that are purchased during regular store hours can only be picked up by the customer the following business day through appointment either in the morning or after the store closes at night. We encourage you to bring some blankets to protect your brand new furniture. And in store pick-up is free of charge with any sized order!
